Ok, you just wrote there that nothing made Kovalev scared of fighting Stevenson, because fighters don't think like that.

Yet you have spent the past 5/6 hours sitting behind your keyboard calling him a coward.

Are you really as ****** as you appear to be, or just playing some sort of game here?

      I agree with the bold.

      I have it a 50/50 fight today !

But in 12 months time, after more of your " marinating ", the fight will slip more toward Kovalev.

        THAT IS A FKN NO-BRAINER !

        2) The Kovalev / Hopkins / Pascal fights, are still sitting on the table

        STEVENSON HAS MISSED NOTHING, !

I still got Kovalev winning this. It's obvious Kovelevs side has backed off and given Stevenson the illusion of gaining momentum in this fight. Kovalev is still a large bargaining chip and by playing coy backing off from Stevenson, they will in turn make Haymon so antsy for this fight they may take a lesser offer. Because one way or another I highly doubt Kovalev's plan is to just flat out avoid Adonis, I mean come on

He then beat Jean Pascal in a WBC eliminator in March.

The WBC set a purse bid for Stevenson-Kovalev, but then Main Events withdrew from the eliminator. They wanted the fight to be on HBO and Stevenson's team want the purse bid winner to select the network.

Stevenson says Kovalev withdrew from the purse bid process to avoid the fight.

Oh how things have come full circle !

            Funny shht !

I cant stand that childish coward/ducker talk, but after the mad shht posted by the Kovalev fanboys over the last couple of months, I gotta get in on this......

Wow, so everyone was wrong, and Kovalev is the dirty coward ducker after all huh? Just wow.

Come on Kova, stop being such a little b1tch and step up man..... stop hiding behind Duva's skirt like a little girl and fight Superman Stevenson.

The champ is waiting for you Kova, so dont keep him waiting.

Ummm, I think that should just about do it..... yep, I'm good with that ^^

If by best move financially, you mean he got to milk his title vs no names, sure. I agree it was probably better risk/reward fighting the scrubs.

Or, you could be like that honest poster turnedup, and admit that Kovalev is looking silly after talking mad shht for months..... and that "fans" should use more common-sense, smarten up, and not jump to childish conclusions before talking mad shht.

Because that really is my whole point in this thread today kayode !

Or, you could be like that silly poster HeroBando, and try to insist that a grown man who chose to be a professional fighter took short money because he was "scared"

Grow up hero, I guess you still think that Mayweather is scared of Pacquiao huh?

... So, it seems for some kids here that the Russian racist killer is ducking the under aged girls' pimp?...
...OK: after Fonfara, Sukhotsky and Bika, Haymon still has opponents for him... Like Bute or even Beterbiev... Yes, Haymon, why don't you take Beterbiev?

Depends on who will be at the gate... A Pascal rematch would be his best bet but is not likely to happen soon... Kovalev will be left with A- grade opponents after last week debacle just like Stevenson after moving to Showtime and being ducked (because that's basically what it was) by Hopkins... Stevenson / Kovalev $$$ and fame can't be matched by any of his fights in the next 2 years.

I think she lost her cool when the WBC actually put Kovalev as the mandatory upon her request... Little finger tells me she didn't think that would happen... She knew she would lose the bid then and she went backwards from there.

Pascal wanted Kovalev belts to bring a Quebec Unification Super-Fight on our grounds... It was his shortest way around... I still believe Hopkins turned around on Stevenson the same way Stevenson turned around on Kovalev ... Tell me what was left for Superman ? A too fresh Beterbiev ? A not in the same ball park Alvarez ? An overated Chilemba ?

Can't wait to see Duva's plan for the Krusher now..
