            SO if roach files a case today or tomorrow, you think that could cause the case being heard on Thursday-which was filed a year or so ago-to be dropped. Does that make sense to you?

                        Yea Roach could've pressed charges against Ariza for assault but didn't want to risk the fight being called off.

                        Ariza has no case.
