Danny Garcia's last 2 fights were at welterweight. He will never fight at 140 again. He can't make the weight. Matthysse's clearly the best at 140.

Not too easy to tell right now but I think i'll go with Crawford as I think he might just outbox Matthysse should they ever fight.
