        If Garcia is still calling himself a super lightweight, then he still has the crown. It's kind of hard to say he's still at 140, though.

            i think crawford is the best in terms of ability but you can't rate him number one at this stage. just like you can't rate lucas number one considering the fact that he lost more big fights than he won. beating provodnikov really doesnt prove ****, that dude is barely top 10 and lucas had way too much problems with him. peterson is his only really impressive win against a top fighter.

            who of course showed that he was a better fighter than garcia who beat matthysse. even if you think garcia should have got the decision, he didn't win that fight as much as peterson threw it away by stepping on the gas too late. a minor adjustment and i think he would stop garcia in a rematch, like i said he proved himself a better fighter. at the same time i dont see him coping with matthysses variety and explosiveness any better in a rematch between them.

            so to me there isnt a definite champion at 140 at the time being. make a little four man tournament and let's find out
