Abel Sanchez has done a great job with GGG. Garcia has done well with Maidana.

They've got to be his best shouts.

Not at all. 4 razor close decision losses isn't a tragedy.

He's competing with the best and is hanging in there with them.

Prov has been fighting like that his entire life. Nobody is going to change his style. Might as well be with the best offensive coach in the game. He's an action fighter that will shine with the right match ups.

You think him going to a virgil hunter or mayweather will make him better at this point in his career? I doubt it.

Too late. Way too late. He is what he is at this stage. At this point in the career it's either you can or you can't. If he could slip punches better than he does he would have done it by now.

He should train with Robert Garcia. He has experience with those types of brawlers. He improved Maidana & Rios.

I think so too, both would be good choices.

Can't teach an old dog new tricks. At this point, Ruslan is who he is. We've seen countless times where face first brawlers with limited skills like Ruslan change trainers and nothing changes. Ruslan is who he is. He's not going to change. If anything, trying to add new wrinkles in his game could end up making him a worse fighter. He's good at what he does, he's not going to be good trying to be something he's not.

I do agree he cant change much at this point. But Garcia did a great job with Maidana tweaking little things (stance, headplacement, footwork etc) but still maintaining the basic style. I think he could do similar work with Provodnikov given a chance.

I dont think he can carry on fighting how he is. The blueprint is out, its not difficult to follow and he will take a hell of a lot of punishment if he doesn't stop walking face first into punches

He wasn't listening to the corner's advice. He was told to work off the jab. Move his head. Work the body. He wasn't doing anything but going forward and head hunting.

He looked kind of lethargic, just wondering if he had jet lag issues. I think they left LA just a couple of days before the fight. That's a big mistake for boxers, they need to have time to acclimatize to the new time zone.
