People aren't very good judges of their ability after consuming alcohol. Personally i think driving after drinking should be illegal completely.

Well, like I said, if there was a test that could test a drivers actual ability then that would've been much better. There are definitely people I'd rather ride with after a couple of beers then other people when they're sober.
