He failed a field sobriety test and field breathalyzer test are not admissible in court, only the ones they use at the police station are. And if he refused to take one than that is an admission of guilt and I believe that carries an automatic suspension of your drivers license.

If Broner happened to be a baseball player I would agree with you.

Then he should be breathalise at the station with the result proving if he was over or under the limit, and if he refuses it means he fails the test. Simple, I have never seen a developed country with such an outdated testing procedure, standing next to the road walking on line? I swear I rarely drink and I would fail that walk in a straight line test straight up.

Do not drink and drive, especially in 2015, because Police are now winning prizes and additional awards for DUI arrest. If you do get pulled over, DO NOT SAY ANYTHING EXCEPT REQUEST A LAWYER. It is your right to not only refuse the breathalyzer test, but also the field sobriety test. Remember though, the Police will advise you of your right to not take the breathalyzer test, BUT WILL NOT ADVISE YOU OF YOUR RIGHT TO NOT TAKE THE SOBRIETY TEST. It is your legal right to REFUSE the sobriety test also!!! Stay quiet, follow the orders of the Police demands. If they insist on asking you questions, just keep repeating LAWYER, LAWYER, and LAWYER. Keep in mind that in a lot of states you have the right to request your lawyer be present for the breathalyzer test as long as your lawyer does so within 2 hours after the arrest. You also have up to 2 hours after arrest to change your mind and take breathalyzer test. WE NOW LIVE IN A TOTALLY RIGGED SOCIETY, AND THE LAWS ARE SLANTED AGAINST US ALL. Stay safe and be careful.

I used to just laugh at Broner and think hes an idiot now im starting to feel bad for him even though its his own fault. He has a chance to set himself and his family up for life and make something of himself but hes going to blow it all and he doesn't even see it coming. He wants to live like a rap star instead of an athlete and it going to seriously affect his career.

                    Point 2:

That female officer in the video would easily destroy Broner in MMA.
                    Point 3:

None of the cops knew Broner. The female cop didn't know anything about boxing. BOXING IS DEAD!
