what? that fight was a damn scam. a retirement fund for martinez. he knew he couldn't compete as a boxer anymore. he conned everyone so he could make a profit. you don't get props for that. and cotto going around pretending he's the man for beating a disabled person is downright pathetic. then add to that the ducking of ggg and he looks even worse. cotto-martinez is going to be on hbo's unlegendary nights someday.

If he defrauded the public with GGG instead Cotto, all would be well though.

I enjoyed watching Martinez, I liked his style. Particularly his wins over Pavlik, Williams and Chavez. He was one of my favourite fighters around that time.
