Floyd and Pac would take him to school. But in an "if" world anything happens. His lighter weight would make him faster and probably have more punch power and more stamina. He may outgun Pacquiao. Floyd still beats him.

Agreed. Was Donaire special or is overhyped? I mean he does look very limited now after having fought elite fighters. Yet it is Rigo's ONLY biggest and best win.

Kovalev has said in an interview that he didn't want to seriously hurt Golovkin because they are friends. It should also be noted that Kovalev was out of shape while Golovkin was about to have a fight.
Let's assume you are right and Kovalev was just condescending when he sparred. We'll never know, because these are assumptions, which can be true, but can be also false. Yet all LHW GGG spars with get knocked down consistently, including Kovalev. These are the facts, not speculations. And the whole point was that GGG is very powerful p4p which was argued by the likes of you.

I think Donaire while still very good at 122 was at his absolute best a division or two down, and he is definitely past it now.He is the classic example of a guy that relies on athleticism and doesn't take care of his body.In spite of all of this an 85 percent Donaire is still light years ahead of any of Golovkins opponents.
