This has **** to do with Canelo because Canelo holds no title and therefore is not obligated to fight at any particular weight. Cotto IS supposed to be the middleweight champion and he is obligated to defend his title at the 100 year old traditional weight limit of 160 pounds. If Cotto can't handle it he should drop the title and fight at whatever weight he wants to fight at.
