Danny clearly won the fight in my eyes. It's Peterson's fault for running and largely being ineffective early. When he actually fought he was getting the best of Danny fairly easily.

People are claiming Peterson was running, but what did Garcia do during that time? He was still getting out landed, most of the time. The damage to Garcia's face started early on in the bout. It didn't just start at the end, and the damage comes from getting punched in the face repeatedly.

Also, why was Garcia never deducted points for the many hard low blows he landed?

I thought Garcia squeaked the win out.

HOWEVER, i scored the fight for Garcia. In boxing you can outrageously dominate 4 rounds, if you give away the 8 other rounds by doing nothing than you will lose all these rounds by a close margin, and at the end youll lose the fight.

That's what happened tonight, Peterson could have won, but he just gave too many gifts round to Garcia, so in my books he deserves the loss. Too little too late, hope hell learn the lesson.
Exactly how I saw it and scored it, Peterson just gave away too many rounds by dancing and not securing points by outlanding Garcia.

Peterson gave the fight away by throwing one too many rounds away early. But after that, he mowed Danny the **** down. It didn't even look fair after awhile. Peterson was walking him down like the terminator.

Cause Peterson turned it up late in the fight but it was too damn late.

I scored it 115-113 Garcia that's being generous to Lamont.

The British commentators hardly gave Peterson a round for the first half of the fight, which ironically coincided with how the judges were seeing it.

I thought it was a clear win for the su****iously good Lamont, and Danny looked crude and outclassed in there.

115-113 for Garcia, but Draw was very acceptable to me.

Either way, for casual fans tuning into PBC/NBC and who are new to boxing, they would think Danny Garcia got BEATDOWN. LOL

                    He got beat up.

Peterson wasn't landing anything early. Don't let the loud grunts and dancing around the ring fool you.

If the plan was to get Garcia tired,..fine. But he needed to throw some punches.

Garcia won. The early rounds Garcia was landing stuff to the body and the odd straight right hand, nothing of great quantity or quality but more than Peterson. When he was moving Peterson was frustrating Garcia but he wasn't winning the rounds like that, when he moved forward he was beating Garcia up.
