Good fight! In my eyes Peterson won, but I get why people would be turned off by the running.

Had Garcia winning here, I expected Garcia to close strongly but that didn't happen.

Garcia clearly won, though he looked the worse of the wear. The British commentary is like listening to a bunch of drunkin ass farmers.

It was almost as disgraceful as Petersons showing in the first 6 rounds, which I had given Garcia 5 of the 6. If he actually chose to fight, he might have stopped Garcia late. But Lamont was completely unwilling to engage or press anything that looked even remotely like a boxing match.

In essence, it essentially wraps up his career so far, poor execution and foresight of a game plan.

Garcia won at least 7 rounds in my book. If you rewatch the fight, you'll see that the first half of the fight Garcia was more active and he showed that he went in to fight. I gave Peterson a few rounds in the second half as he slowly took control. As the saying goes, Peterson did too little too late.
