First of all, Jones clearly beat Tarver in their 1st fight. Anyone who doens't think so is an idiot who has no idea how a fight is scored.

2nd, Jones was at or near 200lbs with a very low body fat %. It was all muscle that he shed. He also dropped it and beat a hungry bigger natural Lt Heavy in Tarver.

Tarver is dropping bulk weight (still remains to be seen how he handles it) to fight a 41 year old Middleweight.

Leonard was what 200 years old? Tarver and Roy are the same age. You can say Roy's weight hindered him in the first Tarver fight, but explain the 2nd fight when Roy looked great one round and got KTFO the next. Explain why Roy got KO'ed by Johnson next fight. Explain why Roy ran from Tarver the next fight. He is a changed fighter. All it takes is one knockout. The good fighters rise above it. Other fighters duck into their shell and never come out like Roy did. Tarver would have beat Roy anytime anywhere and you know it. You just can't accept the fact that there is anybody out there that would beat Roy "in his prime". So Tarver isn't in his prime then.
