Can Kell Brook get away with fighting Brandon Rios?

Depends on what else is out there for him, if Khan makes a move before he does then I think Rios would likely be alright. In a vacuum Rios is generally alright for Brook who does not have all that many high profile wins, Rios for his flaws is high profile and would be viewed as Brook's second best win, generally speaking if a guy will be viewed as your second best win the opposition is fine.
If Khan is hanging out and Brook just decides to move on his own to a Rios fight he would take a lot of **** more than he would likely deserve (given how verbose Khan fans are).Comment

Yes he gets a pass. He wants Amir Khan, but Khan wants NO parts of Brook so why not a fun fight against Rios? Brook still needs to build his resume and according to Khans logic, Rios went the distance with an A class opponent in Manny Pacquiao, but came up short SOOOOOOOO
Rios = A class opponent

Brook is the title holder, his existence shudnt be based on Amirr Khan
There is no excuse to why he shud hold a title hostage just because he doesn't get a fight with Khan..
Brooks has had enough fun fights against 30 odd bumsComment
