That interview was a clear signal ..... Cotto ain't fighting GGG as a MW.

He will ask for the lowest CW possible and hope that GGG is drained when they step in the ring. Roach seems to only be confident when the opponent has been handicapped in some way. It wouldn't surprise me if they threw some rehydration bull**** in there just to make sure.
