I'm going Khan by decision. Pac couldn't stop Chris so I doubt Amir will.

Not as much of a joke fight that everyone is making it out to be IMO, but I guess Khan constantly acting like he deserves Mayweather has set himself up for a lose-lose situation with fights like this.

Hunter says: ‘With his ability, speed and intelligence Amir is ready to dominate the welterweight division. I’m in this to help him achieve that. To set the bar that high for him.’

Hunter says: ‘Even Andre tells Amir "you have more gifts than me." He has no problem telling him that.

‘As those talents come fully out and he gains more understanding of the gift he has been given the world is going to be taken aback by who Amir truly is and how great he can be.’

‘Amir is already very close to being a Hall of Fame boxer,’ says Hunter. ‘He’s already beaten two-time and three-time world champions in (Zab) Judah, (Paulie) Malignaggi, (Luis) Collazo and Marco Antonio Barrera. He’s a two-time world champion himself.

‘There is no time-scale for him to prove he has greatness in him. He has the right speed, he’s at the right age, he has the family, the support… all the ingredients he needs

‘So he’s on a journey and I’m happy and proud to have joined him on that journey. He’s a gift and a blessing to me.

He says: ‘I have this absolute belief in Amir. So it is my mission to make sure those gifts are not squandered.’

‘He’s too gifted to make mistakes like that any more,’ says Hunter. ‘I’ve never agreed with that stuff about Amir’s suspect chin. What I saw was a boy with the heart to get up after being hit that hard.

‘We are at the point where Amir’s opponents won’t know what to expect.
‘He can be patient now so as never to get caught by a sucker punch again. Then suddenly he can explode with five, six, a dozen punches. That’s greatness. But it’s always been in him.

That's how much of a joke this fight is.

Given the levels of persecution I've faced on this forum recently, often by former Khanmunists, I'd throw a real big LOL at those chumps trying extra hard to somehow make the point I'm "bigging" up Algieri cuz he is fighting Khan. As if I never held him in high regards. Sure I thought he wasn't much before Provodnikov, but can you blame me? However, after that I took my hat off to the Collegian Warrior.

This is from last June right after Collazo:
