Cotto can't beat either of those guys and he and his people know it. The wbc will still strip him if he fights canelo next and not GGG so it doesn't matter if he fights this scrub or not. anyone should be able to stay in their division and fight the best guys. If he wants to move up, great. but if he feels the best and 160 pounds, he should not have to move up because guys like Cotto and Quillen refuse to fight him
