Bradley or Thurman are the only foes that I can justify if he don't fight Brook. A Cotto fight is such an outside possibility.

He is right that the Brook fight will always will be there but if he gets KOed ugly again his stock in that fight won't be worth anything and Brook will call all the shots for that fight

I said all along that if he gets a fight with Mayweather, Pacquaio, Marquez, Bradley or Cotto then I'm ok with him not fighting Brook.

I'm even willing to allow Broner just because that would be a very entertaining clash of personalities and would be a big fight in the US even though Brook is better than Broner.

But since all of those look like they're going to fall through, it has to be Kell Brook and if it's not, it's a complete joke. Some of the Khan fans are disgracing themselves today.

Big talk from a small player in the game. Especially for a guy who hasn't beat much of anybody either. The only quality wins this guy has is over Maidana (which many feel won anyways) and Alexander who fought a terrible fight. Fight Brook dude, seriously. If Khan fights anyone currently ahead of Brook, then that is fine.

Why should he be looking backwards.

That is like the folks who insisted that Bradley ducked Khan in order to fight Pacquiao, when it was obvious that Arum was dangling the pac-carrot to get Bradley to sign with Top Rank.

But now that Brook has a title, and that fight is just sitting there on the table, all of the reasons that Khan has given for not taking that fight are starting to look a little thin.
