Palms Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas, Nev. - Former champion Amir Khan watched his domestic rival Kell Brook blitz an overmatched Jo Jo Dan on a monitor at Showtime's Jhonny Gonzalez-Gary Russell fight in Las Vegas on Saturday night. Khan said he would have been more impressed if Brook had had that type of performance against a more notable opponent.

"I saw the fight on the the tv screen (at the Palms). Look, he beat Jo Jo Dan who isn't a big name. It was a tune up fight for him. At the end of the day I think his opposition could have been a little bit better," said Khan.
