The "Cobra" would love to snatch some GGG glory, or is that asking too much.

        Agreed with this post

Other than Floyd being a small Welterweight. He's a solid natural Welterweight clearly. Canelo also fights at Middleweight already

No he wouldn't, and said as much when GGG offered to face him on Frochs home turf. Remember "we'll swerve him if we can, punches like a mule, dangerous fight"

People are so desperate for Floyd to lose that they have to match him with a career Middleweight with huge power for a chance of him losing.

Floyd has no business being up at MW, neither does Pacquiao, they are small guys.

The jump from WW to MW is basically the same as a LMW to SMW or MW to LHW but nobody is asking Canelo to go fight Froch or asking Golovkin to go to LHW to fight Kovalev. So why expect Mayweather to go all the way up to middleweight when he quite clearly isn't one.

At fight night he's not bigger than Canelo. Canelo always comes into the ring between 165-173 pounds. Against Floyd I believe he was 165 pounds. GGG weighed in at 167 on fight night against Murray.

Nobody said Canelo was too big but people claim GGG is "too big" when he's pretty much the same size as Canelo.

As long as GGG can make 154 the fight makes sense. If you don't like the fight, it's OK but don't say this fight should not be made because of the size difference. Had size been an issue Floyd should've never fought Canelo.
              He was 173 against Murray.

I am a huge fan of both GGG and Canelo. Canelo was too big for Mayweather so he made Canelo fight at 152. Mayweather won't even consider fighting GGG so there is no use worrying about it. The odds of Mayweather ever fighting GGG are the same as the odds of Cotto ever fighting GGG. 1000 to 1.

to me floyd has a LIGHTWEIGHT frame maybe 140.

modern lightweights usually come in 145-150. guys like castillo back in the days use to be 155-160 fight night.

modern middleweights are around 170-175 fight night.

golovkin tbh isn't even a big 160 guy. some 160 guys are huge like pavlik was for example.

floyd is under no obligation to fight any 160 guy. he's already fighting bigger guys at 147-154.

pac will be the 1st smaller guy he's fought since jmm.

you seriously believe that GGG can make 154 healthy?? if so, why has he spent his entire career fighting in a division with no money fights or skilled fighters?? instead of fighting on the same division as canelo or floyd he picks the division full of tomato cans with little to no fanbase... just cuz ggg chooses not to rehydrate a lot doesnt mean he cant... water weight is not the same as muscle weight...
