Cotto-Bundrage Is Off

Ah yes! There are those 'various sources' again."While Penagaricano wasn't able to discuss any specifis, Cotto's return is still being targeted for the month of June. The network has not been determined. Various sources indicate to boxingscene that both HBO & Showtime are very interested in showcasing Cotto's next fight. And, Cotto's signing to Roc Nation has not turned away the advances of powerful manager/adviser Al Haymon, who remains very interested in matching several of his fighters against Cotto."

Like Cotto/Bundrage no longer being an option. Like Espinoza stating that showtime had no interest in picking up that fight. Like HBO stating that they wont give Cotto a June date without committing to a Canelo fight next. Etc...
If Showtime wasn't interested in Cotto/K9, I don't see why they would be interested in Cotto/Heiland who is even more of an unknown.Comment

If the sources are not named, they are invariably wrong. These sources are probably nothing more than web bloggers or the idiots on YouTube who post ****** videos if not some of the posters on boards like this. No source? I ignore it.
Remember when My - Pac were busy talking and discussing the fight? But it turned out that the first time they actually did speak was at the basketball game. Various sources.
May-Pac was never going to happen and it would be May-Cotto for the MW title. Once again 'various sources'.
You could write a book listing the number of times 'various sources' turned out to be right and include a small after word for the few times they were even close to the mark.
Various sources are generally about as right in their predictions as those people who post rumors about what the next iPhone will have as features.Comment

No sh^t K9 is no longer an option... its actually in the title of the thread and in the article it was provided with. So you keep bringing K9 why? Again, if HBO wont approve heiland, showtime would probably approve heiland. Who knows? Only the showtime people of course.Like Cotto/Bundrage no longer being an option. I posted what has changed since then.No sh^t K9 is no longer an option... its actually in the title of the thread and in the article it was provided with. So you keep bringing K9 why?
