Both are great but Mayweather is more accomplished and will be remembered as the greater fighter

Hagler...62-3-2(52 kos)...one lineal title, 12 title defenses, defeated former world titleholders/hall of famers(6)John Mugabi, Roberto Duran, Fulgencio Obelmejias, Tommy Hearns, Alan Minter, Vito Antuofermo

Mayweather....47-0(26 kos)....4 lineal titles, 5 weight title holder, 21-0 9 kos in lineal title fights, 25-0 over all in title fights....18 overall title defenses

defeated former worldtitleholders/hall of famers(20) Genaro Hernandez, Jesus Chavez, Carlos Hernandez, Diego Corrales, Goyo Vargas, Oscar De La Hoya, Miguel Cotto, Robert Guerrero, Sharmba Mitchell, Ricky Hatton, Canelo Alvarez, Demarcus Corley, Victor Ortiz, Shane Mosley, Juan Manuel Marquez, Zab Judah, Carlos Baldomir, Arturo Gatti, Jose Luis Castillo(2x
    ), Marcos Maidana(2x)

Mayweather has defeated more champions, won more titles/lineal titles, more hall of famers,, and has more title defenses in less fights...Mayweather ranks higher than Hagler who is more beloved but definitely not as accomplished
hell no. Marvin fought ATG. who did floyd fight comparable to duran, hearns and SRL? Mugabi is a better win than most if not all resume.

if you believe that about Mugabi, then YDKSAB

Mugabi lost every single one of his big fights and I'd favor....ODLH, Mosley, and Canelo over him at 154

Mugabi a good fighter but I think Hagler took the best out of him and we never got to see it against other fighters. You'll never be the same after a grueling fight like he had with Hagler

          Because of his unmatched discipline

Yes Floyd trains extremely hard but he's not disciplined outside gym like bhop

And he's never sustained a high punch output in a fight....like someone like pacquaio....that's mainly because of fighting style but PAC also trains like a beast
Never sustained a high punch output? That's false.
