It's not about making a record, it's about being objective. Canelo did in no way win those fights. I'm a massive Froch fan, but I also don't see the Dirrell win as a win and I'm a massive Ali fan, but had Norton winning 2 of their fights.

I know you're not serious but I still laughed at "schooled by Matthew Hatton"

Neither the Lara nor the Trout fights were clear robberies. They were close granted but they weren't robberies so it's silly not to credit Canelo for them.

This bum was involved in the highest grossing fight (currently). Sucks to be other hardworking boxer.

At the time Matthew Hatton was the best fighter in Europe and just on the edge of the P4P top 10, he had better footwork than Mayweather (i stand by that, and ask yourself why Mayweather didnt go through with fighting him). He had blistering speed, a phenomenal jab, rock solid chin and a freakishly high ring IQ.

Were it not for the robbery against Canelo then Matthew Hatton would likely have got the PPV fight he deserved against a fellow P4P boxer. The judges were clearly bought by Canelo's team and promoter as i scored it 10 rds to 2 in Hattons favour. It was the biggest disgrace in boxing that year. It ruined Hattons confidence, his faith in boxing just collapsed, and i dont blame him.

Now he makes gravy in Oldham.

Lmfao. If Canelo is a "bum," then what are the rest of the fighters from 150-160lbs? LOL.

I get that most fans of boxing don't understand boxing, that's expected. It just never ceases to amaze me the level of ******ity.

Canelo has over 40 fights, lost to the best boxer in the world and didn't fair well because of styles. One of the reasons that Mayweather picked him, was his age, and his style which catered to Mayweather.

Trout was supposed to beat Canelo by the detractors, yet that didn't happen. It was a close fight, but IMO Canelo won a close decision.

Against Lara, the same thing, Canelo was supposed to be taken to school. Instead what we saw was Lara running, not countering with any hard shots and Canelo getting the decision because he was at least the aggressor.

I think Canelo beats Cotto, and I think Canelo does much better against GGG than people like to give him credit.

Canelo is all of 24 years old, he's progressed immensely in his defensive skills alone in the past 2-3 years and I think is learning more and more how to be aggressive, without being vulnerable.

Canelo is a hell of a fighter, and I think will only get better. Is he going to be a ATG? We don't know, but I am looking forward to seeing it pan out.
