Yes USADA is a branch of WADA, a branch that has been embarrassed by performance in catching cheats, they've historically been very poor, so much so that WADA agents have had to become involved in many cases that cheats were caught.

So I'm still waiting yo be told something I don't know.

the commission has been exposing cheats based merely on urine samples taken after the fight. yes ONE urine sample taken after the fight. most of the cheats they caught are TMT fighters.

USADA claims to have sophisticated testing techniques and take numerous samples which, allegedly, included blood, yet who did they report to the commission? none?

that's why at this point fans should not expect USADA that they'll do anything different in this fight. they would have sounded the alarm bellls by now if they do.

I don't care much for Floyd but respect his boxing skills but I am rooting for Manny. Now that we got that out of the way, This article is more like an opinion piece of the author pointing out the rules from USADA and how they could possibly warn Floyd. Nobody in USADA is saying anything about it other than the author.
