The fact is, the $5 Million that Pacquiao is demanding that Mayweather pays him once he (Floyd) fails a blood test, is in ADDITION to to any penalties (money and 4 year banning, etc.) that both fighter have already agreed on. This is a fact.

Another fact is that $5 million may be nothing to Floyd and Manny (and also nothing compared to the money that Pacquiao will get once he sues Floyd after Floyd has been caught using PEDs) but it is a lot from the point of view of the charities that Pacquiao supports.

Repeat: The $5 million is IN ADDITION TO the already agreed upon financial and ban penalties. And yes, the $5 million that Floyd would have had to pay Pac would mean a lot to Pacquiao's charities, though nothing for Manny who just impulsively bought a $12 million mansion in cash.
It wasn't into addition go watch video of arum stating it on floydhype why it wasn't a good idea to try and implement that in contract because you can't sue for your purse you was set to make from cancel fight

50+ pages of pac tard tears coming up

bottom line is this.. the juice head (pac) is worried because hes not sure all that good juice from 2008-2010 is completely out of his system

so he wants to cap the penalty at $5million ..which is chump change (for both of them)

why didn't pac request this penalty in 09/10 ? he was overly concerned with cutoff dates and claiming needle phobia.

where did pacs fear of needles go?
why no more cut off dates?
whatever happened to "giving blood weakens me"?
why did it take for marquez to paralyze him for him to change his tune on testing?

when floyd started accusing him, his punching power disappeared. .why is that ..

MP Da Juiceman is concerned the juice is not completely flushed out of his system

      Juiceman : lets have a $5mill penalty
Floyd : mofo, i wipe my a$$ with that..im cleaning your bank out if you dirty

why did juiceman didn't bring this up during negotiations and try to have it in print. .fight is signed ..theres nothing else to discuss, go train juiceman

Pacquiao NEVER refused random drug testing. He just wanted a cut off of a few weeks before the fight for giving blood. No blood taken in the final 2 weeks before a fight - that's it. Random drug testing before that, random urine tests in that 2 weeks, and blood and urine samples given immediately after the fight.

The Mayweathers have won dispite having to settle out of court for defamation. Every major boxing news outlet always parrots the moronic lie that Pacquiao refused random drug testing in 09/10.

        Grow. The. F. Up.
if your clean, why you want cutoff dates ?
mannys reasoning was needle phobia and saying it weakened him..leading me to this.. where did mannys fear of needles go?

cutoff dates = not random! .. if youre clean why u wanna dictate the testing

5 million dollar "bet" is between the fighters

It's seperate from any fine the commision imposes

Commision would love a positive test. They would impose a fine and collect the money

I thought it was just a bias, but some posters on here are clearly just... well dumb. "Mayweather is dirty, hes hiding something WA" Do you not understand? Pacquiaos team tried to throw in a 5 million penalty cap for failed drug test, and Mayweather rejected it BECAUSE he would get much MORE than 5 million if Pacquiao failed a test, and vice-versa which is why Arum is on record saying he also rejected it(The confusion lies in Pacquiaos camp) do some research.

It wasn't a bet though lol it was koncz wanted it in included in initial contract then tried to have it implemented in usada contract it would of limited the monetary gain to just 5mil for the fighters which is why floyd camp and arum rejected it when you can sue for way more in interview arum clarifies it wasn't a bet

Exactly. People forget these two went to court and Mayweather already had to pay Pacquiao a seven figure amount of money. If either fighter were to fail a test, the other side would HOUND the failing party and would get much more than 5 million. Pacquiao's side tried to put a cap to limit the damage but people only saw it as "Mayweather is hiding something" lol
