in 2009, pacquiao demanded $10million dollar fine for whoever violates the contract weight, floyd accepted.

that was when this fight was 50-50.. things done changed, floyd doesn't have to agree to anything from pac because he is the A side (shot caller). you can feel how you want but pacquiao also gives people the A side treatment..its a business

and what exactly is a $5million fine doing to help clean up the sport. .whoever fails will be dragged through the mud and everything they've accomplished flushed down the toilet.

and for a guy who killed negotiations in 09 over needle phobia, pac is really in no position to even speak on the topic of drug testing.
