I'm sorry but I don't care what Arum says or thinks. I based my opinion on the article here. Both of us have not read the actual contract. The article says Koncz wants the 5M BY WAY OF PENALTY for the fighter who will be found to be using an illegal substance in particular, no more, no less. So, i do not have any reason to construe it as imposing a limited liability or in lieu of all damages which may be incurred in case the fight does not push thru resulting to revenue losses to both parties.
