I see this more as Mayweather not wanting to get dictated terms by the B-side then being worried he gets caught. Petty and another lousy contradiction by Mayweather who wants to clear up the sport when he's working with Ariza and has Heredia in his camp.
Just not a good look for him or the sportComment

Let me explain in simple terms why this limits the liability.
If say Pacquaio were to test positive and the fight canceled, Pacquiao would get a 4 year ban but only have to pay Floyd 5 million. Why does this limited? Because he would stand to make upwards of 100 million had the fight taken place.
Obviously in the event the fight doesn't take place because of drug testing Mayweather wants to be sure he gets more than 5 million dollars.
And this applies to Pac as well. If it's Mayweather who test dirty and the fight gets canceled, Pacquiao is going to want more than simply 5 million dollars, since he stands to make over 80 million for the fight.

Ok, clearly stated by Arum that both camp didn't include those terms in the contract because "they want more than 5 mil if Manny test positive" and vice versa. So, what's the big deal? If Manny tested positive he not only going to pay the 5 mil but more, plus his reputation will be ruin. Isn't that the right card to play to smack Manny and his team on their faces if Manny tested positive? If they truly believe Manny will pop positive why not accepting the 5 mil and don't include it in the excisting contract. It's like a side bet. This is for ****** people like those that don't understand why Team Floyd won't agree on the 5 million penalty.

That's how I interpreted it.Maybe I read it wrong, but I took it like this.....
Koncz : the penalty for either athlete testing positive will be $5mil
Ellerbe : are you fkn serious? My guy stands to make 120mil+ here. If you fakk this fight up by testing positive, the lawsuit that we will file against Pacquiao will start at $50mil, and go upwards from there.
I will not allow you to limit the extent of our litigation against you to $5mil, should you test positive.

This is like Barry Bonds and Mark McGwire coming together to suggest that MLB suspend and fine PED users.Let me explain in simple terms why this limits the liability.

Koncz wanted it in contract which would of limited liability since it's written you can't sue on top of that bro its agreed upon it wasn't side bet deal or anythingOk, clearly stated by Arum that both camp didn't include those terms in the contract because "they want more than 5 mil if Manny test positive" and vice versa.
