I doubt they could sue for more than that considering they are hardly spending q nickel on promotion for this fight. They're going to have 2 press conferences and a weigh in and they are reserving the MGM grand, I highly doubt all of that comes anywhere close to being even a couple million let alone 5 million.

What you Floyd semen garglers dont understand is that Ellerbe is saying that because they could be banned from the sport for 4 years, that should be enough of a deterrent. I really don't see it that way, because after all those bs demands of mayweather and his team, they are now refusing the fine in addition to the ban. Has anyone heard of a promoter being sued for more than 5 million for a fighter failing a drug test? I highly doubt they would get 5 million of either of them failed.
