But I don't think that it's so serious. Still GGG "****riders" are way more on this board than GGG "haters".
So in other words people hate because he's popular.

        Nail on the head.

Any grown man who seriously uses the term "haters" should revoke their **** and balls but there are far more people who blindly praise Golovkin than criticise him.

          -Cuz he's not black/latino.
-Fans of other boxers around his weight class try and discredit him, but admit if their boxer faced him it would be that boxers biggest threat/fight.

I do not believe that Cotto NEEDS GGG on his resume regardless of what belt he won a year ago.

But yeah, I like GGG and will root for him against anyone not named Cotto.
I don't think anyone thinks GGG needs a win against Cotto. In fact most GGG fans don't care if he fights Cotto or not. As long as Cotto vacates the title so that the true MW champion can take possession of it, we are all fine with it. Then Cotto can return to 147 or 154 where he belongs. I think Cotto could end his career if he got in the ring with GGG and there is no reason to see that.

Then we can all start talking about why Canelo is hiding out at 155 when he rehydrates to over 170 on fight night instead of stepping up to the challenge. Why is Canelo trying to create a new weight division that only he resides in? I think the Red Head has a yellow streak down his back.

For every popular fighter, athlete, cultural figure there's always going to be a number of people who "hate" said figure for no specific reason. It's only common sense, i'm sure we've all experienced that in our daily lives.

A better question is why are people so emotionally unstable on this forum? It's so ironic the same people *****ing about posters hating on Golovkin do the exact same thing to other fighters.

Yea GGG has everything you can look for in a fighter both inside and outside the ring. And he's funny as hell lol. Really hope he can get a big money fight soon against a top draw because if any fighter deserves the big fight exposure it's him. WAR GGG!
