They want a massive payday off the back of beating the Murray's and Rubio's of this world.

What we've learned is that if he's not thrust straight into those big paydays, they find the lowest level guy possible.

There is a middle ground between a Froch or a Cotto and a Willie Munson Jr. Erislandy Lara comes into that category but K2 aren't willing to try to make those fights despite lying to the public that they will try.

Are we back to deflecting onto Carl Froch? The funny thing is that Froch's team have maintained their position and stayed consistent throughout. Put it on HBO PPV and we'll fight Golovkin. Hearn's latest interview has said that both Froch and his trainer fancy the fight - it's on the brink of becoming a PPV so they're willing to make it when HBO give the green light.

That's a team and a fighter being consistent and truthful with their intentions.

Not "Lara could be next" and then making no attempt to fight Lara.

Or Lara can't fight on HBO but Quillin is "hiding behind the network excuse" (exact quote from Abel Sanchez).
