Kovalev is a wrecking ball , period ! I'm not so convinced he's a clean fighter , but if he is god bless him . Stevenson's phony marginalization will only ensure more of a pummeling . Having said that , I'll say this ; Stevenson has only 3 rounds to KO Kovalev , if he doesn't he's gonna get put into a deep sleep , lol . I say 3 rounds because his stamina and chin r both suspect and I've seen Stevenson's power and stamina wane tremendously after 4 rounds against lesser opposition therefore I'm giving him only 3 rounds to get it done .Comment

No matter how I look at the fight I see Stevenson winning. It takes about 2 to 3 rounds to get used to that hand speed. It can't be duplicated in sparring. And by that time Kovalev could be hurt bad if not finished. Plus Stevenson has the power to go with it. I was impressed with Kovalevs last fight. He showed me that he is a lot more technical than I had given him credit for in the past. He's not just a face first brawler. He has some real talent and boxing ability there. However in my opinion it won't be enough.
The body shot doesnt concern me. Pascal landed a massive massive body shot that did hurt Kovalev, bu if he can take that he will be fine.
Really its a question of who lands first. Due to the nature of their styles, Stevenson is a serious threat.

Oh my goodness! Kovalev got hit a few times and lost one or possibly two rounds to the third ranked light heavyweight in the world. Therefore, I really believe he is done and he should think about retirement.Comment
