Abducknis chickenson and Leo "scared pantycruz" , both ran to al Haymon not to fight kovalev and rigondeaux . Both duckers are a shame for boxing .

I'm not going to say he didn't impress me, but I think he is not as flawless as everyone thinks. I'd favour him over stevenson but the fight is honestly almost 50/50. kovalev took body shots poorly, and lost 2 rounds to a low output pascal.

and he claims he was taking the rounds off.
but he was being countered easily.

but I still favour him, but barely.

Agreed Kovalev seems to have a glass belly ,he's a knockout waiting to happen.

No matter how I look at the fight I see Stevenson winning. It takes about 2 to 3 rounds to get used to that hand speed. It can't be duplicated in sparring. And by that time Kovalev could be hurt bad if not finished. Plus Stevenson has the power to go with it. I was impressed with Kovalevs last fight. He showed me that he is a lot more technical than I had given him credit for in the past. He's not just a face first brawler. He has some real talent and boxing ability there. However in my opinion it won't be enough.

Nobody thinks he was flawless, it's very rare to look flawless against another top fighter.
