In the past, he wasn't knocked out cold by someone who was obviously on steroids and had memo in his corner. Before that he didnt want the testing too close to the fight because he felt it weakened him like so many other people are unfortunate to experience. I get light headed myself and feel a little weak after giving blood. Arum already said that they weren't educated on peds and they should have accepted the testing. On the other hand, pacquiao had accepted floyds 14 day cutoff demand all the way to back before the clottey fight, only for Floyd to change his mind and want testing up to the day of the fight. Pacquiao should have agreed to it back in 09 for sure, but for 5 years since Floyd has been running scared. Why was it not ok for Floyd to work with arum for 5 years? Why doesn't Manny have to sign to tmt now? Why is he fighting Manny even though Manny still has a boss? We know why Manny wants testing, because of ped abuser Marquez, but why did mayweather change his mind about all that?
