My position is if Cotto drops the middleweight title he can fight whoever he wants. GGG fights two or three rated middleweights a year while Cotto has already gone a year and fought NOBODY. He is not EVER going to fight GGG and you damn well know it. If he was going to fight him he would have already fought him. He was ordered to fight GGG after his next defense and he said no alphabet group would tell him who he must fight. That sure sounds like a no I won't fight GGG to me.
