I didn't see Aussies calling for cricket to be banned after Hughes was killed by a bouncer.
They didn't call for bouncers to be banned either. And in cricket, bouncers rarely happen by accident, they are used deliberately by fast bowlers to unsettle and intimidate a batsman. In other words, they are aimed at the batsman, not the wicket.

A boxer can always refute the charge of deliberately intending to injure an opponent by pointing out that the aim of landing punches in a boxing match is to score points, not cause injuries.

A fast bowler who uses bouncers - and they all do it - can't say the same thing. You don't get any points for hitting an opponent with the ball in a cricket match, but bouncers are still accepted as just part of the game.

Brayden.
When I seen the location in Austrailia and the guys second name I immediately thought was he related to Brendan and so he is. Brutal for Brendan always seemed like a decent fella
