So how is asking for a cut off means he won't be tested randomly?

Mayweather was unquestionably sloppy in not making weight and Marquez should've walked.

A question about this. Mayweather outweighed Marquez by 4lbs in that fight. In their fourth fight, Pacquiao (147lbs) outweighed Marquez (143lbs) by 4lbs. If the weight was such an advantage for Mayweather, how come Pacquiao couldn't make those 4lbs work for him?

Call it the same each and every time it happens. you can't make coming in over ok just because Manny did it so stop trying to do that.
if a fighter geniunly tried and failed to make the weight, then i have no problem with that

they are usually debilitated from it

But he was willing to have his blood tested right after the fight so how could he be cheating? Cycle off the peds? lol. No there is no cut off date for this fight because if there is then we wouldn't get to see this fight. Hats off to manny for making that effort. And wth are u asking supporting pac walking from this fight? Then or now?

Then, I have no problems since pac was just as much a draw as floyd. So if floyd was trying to Dictate the demands so can manny. Now, not so much since manny has already done random testing for his last 3 fights so I wouldn't support him now if he walked.

Again how is asking for a cut off means it's not random??? Pac will be tested randomly up until the cut off then pac will be tested again right after the fight. So??

How do you determine who "genuinely tried" and who didn't?

fine. but you do not know if either did this, you are speculating for reasons only you know.

Without knowing this, all you can say is both have missed weight. You can't make one better than the other for the same thing.

Of course it does. U quoted the other poster by saying marquez agreed to move up. Same thing Oscar called pac out on but yet manny is to blame but with floyd U just said marquez wanted to move it. By saying this u're ignoring floyds part in this.

So testing or not testing comes down to a boxer's standing in the sport? Pacquiao or anyone else could walk away without su****ion purely because they're a "big star"? That's a weird attitude. I could understand if he was being asked to do something Mayweather wasn't prepared to do, but it was for both of them. It's not about making an effort, I think it's more about a change in attitude, especially after that last Marquez fight. Ater that, Pacquiao himself stated that more stringent testing "was good for boxing". A shame he didn't feel that way, or according to you, had too much ego to think that way in '09.
