The funny thing is Nevada is among the harshest on Lidocaine and one of the only states that regulates its use at all.

I think NO ONE should be allowed to inject any numbing medication in their hands until AFTER the fight.

Im sorry to break the news to you like this son.
Not once but twice. Pacquioa has failed to make weight twice as many times as Floyd. Watch the guy totally ignore your post or just gloss over it with an excuse.

great fighters can adapt, and thats what manny did, he found a way to neutralize the weakening effects when withdrawing blood from him. truly great, it took him about 5 years for him and his trainer to come with an adjustment but it finally came.

Well obviously the vast majority of states disagree with you.

Every sports allows numbing medication to treat injuries before competition.

Guys take cortizone shots before games to help with the pain all the time.

But the use of the medication, as well as the injuries have to be regulated.

dude, stop trying to create wiggle room. He failed to make weight twice. Can't you just accept this and move on without trying to quantify it to make Manny look better.
