Andy Lee would fight GGG in a heartbeat !
Quillian thinks he can get a piece of the pie by beating Lee, if he does he will duck GGG like he already has been doing.
Cotto is DUCKING GGG and for good reason , to keep his senses intact.
ITS NOT GOOD FOR BOXING TO DUCK anybody in any weight division.
Instead of the Worm , it could have been Cotto, but it can still be Cotto when Pac gets done with JR whuppin his azzzzz , Roach can take Cotto and put him in great shape and we can see a meeting in the summer, which would be AWESOME for the Middle weight Champeeennn ship of the wold !

That said, GGG becomes "great" NOT by getting his hands on a shiny object, but rather by FIGHTING. So unlike some, I never get caught up in the shiny things like belts and the politics. I like to see competetive fights... I'd sooner watch GGG fight a guy ranked at #6 who is a legit threat, over a "middleweight champion," who we KNOW does not belong at middleweight.
My position is simple: GGG VS Cotto is not really a fight most true fans need to see play out. And yet, so many are acting like THIS is the fight GGG needs to make a REAL mark in his career.
The double standard: Cotto's win over Sergio is not acknowledged because Sergio was "handicapped...." and yet, GGG's win over Cotto, would be celebrated by peasants as the greatest thing ever even though, we all know Cotto is TOO SMALL for Middleweight.
It's comedy around here doe.

I can hear it now: " Yo doe, GGG was the best MW ever... He surpassed all the greats when he "manned up" and fought little Cotto and won a really shiny gold plated belt doe...The belt was so shiny that we knew right GGG was the greatest middleweight ever..."
Wow. GGG is going to satisfy the "illusion" of being a MW "champ" by beating a Jr Middle?
Raise your standards doe.
GGG, keep fighting journeymen and THINKING your career hinges on beating an ex Jr. Welter. Peasants will eat it up and crown you "champ," but I see you son.
****** Peasants...

If Canelo beats Kirkland in good fashion, he should go after GGG. GGG said he would fight Floyd @ 154, so he can definitely fight Canelo @ 154. Now since Canelo is fighting @ 155, and he's opposed to "weight-draining" a fighter, he should just fight GGG @ 160. No reason not to see GGG vs. Alvarez, on HBO PPV, coming this fall!

All of these attributes are opposite of what all of GGG's past opponents have done. Cotto has a team behind him, I think he is tied up at the moment because of The big fight and Roach has to focus on Manny so Cotto is in no hurry and he got a signing bonus - so no speculation on who's a B!tch, who's irrelevant etc..

Everyone knows it's a mismatch and that Cotto would get his **** brutally pushed in. It's not really about that.

We all don't want to see Golovkin fighting Cotto. It's pointless.
