Honestly Groves and Degale are much more exciting than anyone at 154-160 besides maybe Quillen and Canelo.

Monroe is an ok opponent, expected to get beat but more notable guys won't do what it takes to make a fight with GGG happen........BTW no one cares about the boring potshotting one dimensional Lara from another weight class.

        To be fair to ggg

Fights after this look to be unifications:

        Lemiux vs ndam winner

Lee if he beats quillin then bjs

Eubank jr if he beats bjs after he beats lee

Quillin will duck - we all know this

And most importantly, we all know ggg is the true champ as of now but the history books won't show that unfortunately.

For ggg to etch his name in MW history, he needs to become lineal champ although lineage is becoming less significant as a result of ducking and dilution of belts with growing number of sanctioning body titles. So when cotto vacates, ggg can fight for the vacant belt

As far as Monroe goes, I think turreano Johnson would have been a better fight

Let's be real, although ggg hasn't fought many specialised movers, the guys he does fight all revert to moving anyway.

Turreano Johnson would have come straight to ggg and pushed him back

        Smh

When GGG is fighting every 3 mos, who do you expect him to fight in the MW division that has not already fought, refused to fight him, or is already fighting in the near future?
