Everyone is mad about him fighting "lesser opponents", but what middleweights are calling him out or even saying his name. Cotto? HELL NO (he's not a 160 anyway) Sergio? (When he was champ) Chavez? Quillin?
No one at 160 can beat GGG, he offered to go down to fight Floyd, Canelo would get beat, Froch turned down the fight. He will have to move up at some point, if nothing else for a challenge and people will get sick of watching cattle being taken to the slaughter house.
Maybe someone in the fall will grow a pair and make the fight, the problem is GGG probably isn't paying enough for the beating you will take.

So what if GGG has two quality opponents per year and two keep busy, but still ranked, opponents per year? It's not like we are being asked to pay $70 on PPV to watch him fight is it? These fights are still better than anything we have seen on PBC or are likely to see in the near future. Don't like it? No problem! Don't watch it! I don't watch PBC because it is an insult to me as a boxing fan and to my intelligence in general by trying to pass that crap off as competitive fights.

Golovkin in 8. The guy lost a SD vs Darnel freaking Boone lmao. He'll be tricky for the first few reasons before he gets ass****ed.

i really like the way Monroe fights after watching him in with Vera. he's a boxer, but one that throws a lot of punches. he doesn't just run non-stop like an N'Dam, or circle the ring and bore everyone in the arena a la Keith Thurman. he's a slick southpaw in the best sense of the word. he has little to no shot on Saturday, but i think he can make some noise in the future.

GGG should win by knockout. I don't know enough about Monroe but my guess is he wouldn't have been selected if he posed much of a threat.
