The only time I remember him being right was when he picked Pac over Oscar and he was one of the few to do it.

But still.......Atlas leaning towards Pac over Floyd doesn't look good for Pac.

Atlas also picked Cotto over Pac, Margarito over Pac, Shane over Pac, Rios over Pac, Bradley I & II over Pac, I don't remember if he picked Clottey over Pac. He did pick Pac over Algieri though.

Yup. This is why I was shocked here that he's even giving Pac a chance at all -- much less a good chance.

I don't know if this is true (probably not), but I remember someone here claiming that once upon a time Atlas approached Manny about training him, and got rejected. And that supposedly led to some somewhat bad blood between the 2. Or at least on Teddy's side.

What's Paulie saying now? He was basically saying forever that Manny was going to get white washed...like f**king swept and losing a decision as wide as the f**king Grand Canyon. Is he flip-flopping now and saying Manny has a chance?

Atlas never said he's picking Pacquiao to win...he just said that there could be an upset by him and gave good reasons why.

Manny's first manager approach Atlas before Roach, Atlas was "too busy" at the time to take on a "project" (apparently he thought Pac at best would be a fringe champ.)

Fast Forward to today, Freddie is a well known name now and Atlas well...

Funny because when the fight was first announced on ESPN, Atlas picked Floyd but you know how opinions changed leading up to the fight(s). Manny is an underdog and like me sometimes even though you feel the guy may not win but you still want to be down with the underdog. I've been down with Mayweather winning this fight since it first been talked about and I am sticking with it because Manny style is pure offensive and that leaves massive holes for a counter puncher. Not to mention that Manny could not figure out Marquez and only had lots of success when Marquez fought Pacquiao's fight. Floyd fights no one fights but Manny needs his opponents to be aggressive to use his speed and angles. Below Teddy's prediction in February....
