I'm no expert but the way I see it is like this. They both are evenly matched in hand and foot speed. Pac has the edge in power but Floyd has better defense and is the smarter fighter. So I think Manny's best chance to win is to play Floyd's game and fight to win a decision by accumulating points to win rounds. Everyone talks about how Pac needs to throw punches in bunches to steal rounds. I agree but to a certain extent. My opinion (not that it matters) is not to throw more than 3 punch combos at a time and get out. Because if he throws more than that he leaves himself open to the pot shot counter from floyd. Unless he lands a clean punch, then yeah, follow up. But other than that, get out of the pocket. If you look at Floyds fights, he rarely throws combinations. He'll throw single pot shots or will put two punches together and gets out so not get counter. He's a point fighter and the best at it. Manny needs to do the same and not get carried away but throw just enough more punches than floyd to steal the rounds. If he does start taking rounds he'll force Jr. to open up and start taking risks. And now he'll be fighting Manny's fight. Pacquiao has the punching power, foot and hand speed to trouble Mayweather and pull this off. But like I said. I'm no expert just a loyal fan. Hope it turns out to be a great fight.
