Pretty Boy lost that opportunity since he REFUSED and made excuses
to fight the best fighter of their respective eras Pac back in 2009
after Pac had destroyed Oscar, Hatton, and a man Pretty Boy was also too scared to face in Cotto.

Funny thing is that IF this WAAAY past his prime Pacquaio is able to defeat and even better, DESTROY Pretty Boy, then Pac would be in the running to be Fighter of the Decade for two consecutive decades. I'm sure some enigma will arrive in next few years that could supplant Pac but he will defiantly be in the running again.
