I really think this fight boils down to whether or not Floyd can hurt Manny. I don't think Floyd outpoint Manny via his recent super conservative route. Manny is too good offensively to lose on points to a pot shotter. Floyd is going to have to be more offensive than usual.

I can't believe that knowledgable posters question that.

Also, Manny's output will plummet, like every single Mayweather opponent, due to this style/accuracy...... that fact has been well-documented, and also well-ignored

Mayweather is a pure boxer, he will not have to change his style, just make adjustments...... which is something he does very well.

I think Martinez would've beaten Floyd at 154lb when he called him out as well. Floyd is a punk and a bully. He's a great fighter but there are still question marks to be answered because of his lack of comepetitve fights. Say what you will but Manny resume trumps Floyd's by a long shot. The versatility of his opponents may be the difference in this fight. He is fearless and will go to the moon to fight you. Floyd will not leave Vegas. Smh. He is and has been a cancer to the sport and it's time to embarrass him and give him the beating, he's eluded for far too long.

I think Roach talking about having to be perfect and now Manny talking about working on the "pefect style" is counter-productive and putting more pressure on Manny than it needs to be.

Think about it your coach is telling you and the media that you have to be perfect to win this fight.

No fighter in the world has ever fought the perfect fight. That will be in the back of Manny's mind this whole camp and fight.
