What has Oleg Maskaev actually done to get to number 1 position?

    That's what I'm saying.

    If the Rahman that fought Toney shows up against Maskaev, then he could very well lose. But I don't see Maskaev beating any of the other top HW's, especially those who can punch. Maskaev has a weak chin. But from how Rahman has looked in his last 2 fights, you don't need a good chin to beat him.

      Well he outboxed a 1997 David Tua for 11 rounds, who was a hell of a lot beter than Sam Peter IMO.
