Mayweather is a gym rat who takes very good care of himself in between fights. I'd be very interested to know how much time Broner spends at the gym when he's not in training.

To be fair, Broner obviously doesn't have good genes. But it means he has to work harder to keep weight down and he doesn't seem interested in doing so.

Haymon is going to need to learn how to properly build a fighter into a star now that he's the main man. He knows how to protect, but he hasn't shown he can actually build.

Yeah that's an interesting point. I think Haymon is way too cautious when it comes to match-making. He's too risk averse and too eager to control everything. All promoters try to do it but he takes it to a ridiculous level. The sport has its own momentum and you don't have to plan it all out. He should be trying to take advantage of those twists and turns instead of trying to prevent them.

He has such a big talent pool now he's bound to build a big star though. He has to.

He doesn't match his fighters tough enough. When they finally face adversity they fall apart.

He let Danny take tough fights and look how well he's done.

But then he messed it up with Danny, and wasted a year where most think he lost a fight and then beat up a nobody in arguably the most disgraceful fight of the year. PEDerson is a good rebound, but he'll probably end up matched soft at 147 afterwards.
