That's bull****, Broner could make 140 easily if he even half tried! Looking at the weigh in he's got water weight on him, didn't look dry or ****** in! The guys talented but this is why people are turned off by him!

Mayweather is a gym rat who takes very good care of himself in between fights. I'd be very interested to know how much time Broner spends at the gym when he's not in training.
