Sure its only 1 pound , but it seems he is drained like hell and even sick from all the weight draining.

If Broner has already outgrown 140, that's bad news for him because he isn't good enough to make noise at 147. If he simply got too fat and couldn't lose all the weight, or had a bad training camp he didn't take seriously, that's even worse news because it means he is still a moron squandering his chances.
