i felt i couldnt say cotto lost until i saw the paper work.. if this is true he won...
hes not going to fight anyone to further his legacy but he basically cashed out.
someone young like thurman and broner would be risky going to roc nation cuz u dont know how the company will look in a couple of years but wth cotto being old it works out for him... a quick money grab and hoping roc nation works out and being partners with his company could work out in the long run... but i doubt roc nation stays for long... once jayz looks and sees how much money hes losing he will be gone to the next project.Comment

Does he deserve the money? Probably not, but I'm glad he got it. I'd rather see a fighter overpaid than underpaid any day. Boxing is a brutal sport, and for most of its history fighters have been taken advantage of by promoters and managers. I'm hoping for at least one more big fight out of Cotto though.Comment
